TREXLERTOWN, Pa. — The Valley Preferred Cycling Center will celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a spectacular July 3 American Classic America250 Celebration, featuring an evening of world-class international track cycling, family activities, food trucks, bounce houses, and a dazzling fireworks display following the racing.
Adding to the celebration, all Upper Macungie Township residents will receive free admission, and all First Responders and their families will also be admitted free of charge.
One of T-Town’s signature events, the American Classic combines elite international competition with an atmosphere designed for families and fans of all ages.
“We’re excited to celebrate America250 with an unforgettable night at T-Town,” said Gary Thornton, Executive Director of the Valley Preferred Cycling Center. “From the fireworks and family activities to world-class racing and great food, this is one of those special summer nights that creates lasting memories. We’re especially pleased to welcome Upper Macungie Township residents and First Responders and their families with complimentary admission.”
The evening will feature international riders competing on the famed concrete oval, along with activities for children, bounce houses, food trucks, and a festive atmosphere leading up to the fireworks finale.
Gates open at 6 p.m., with racing beginning at 7 p.m. Fireworks will follow the conclusion of racing.
