58th Annual Community Advent Breakfast Celebrates Nearly Six Decades of Bethlehem Holiday Tradition

Bethlehem, PA – The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Citizens’ Christmas City Committee, invites you to celebrate the holiday season at the 58th Annual Community Advent Breakfast on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Moravian Village of Bethlehem, 526 Wood Street in Bethlehem. Seating will begin at 8:00 a.m., with the program beginning at 8:30 a.m.

For nearly six decades, the Community Advent Breakfast has brought the Bethlehem community together to welcome the Advent season through breakfast, festive music, fellowship, and the traditions that make Christmas in Bethlehem so special.

This year’s program will feature Reverend Janel Rice, who will share her knowledge and personal experiences of Advent and Moravian traditions. Her reflection will explore the customs, faith, and sense of community that have helped shape Bethlehem’s Christmas traditions for generations.

Each guest will also receive a complimentary Moravian beeswax candle and a slice of homemade Moravian Sugar Cake, offering two cherished Moravian traditions to enjoy as the Advent season begins.

Tickets are $18 per person and are non-refundable. Tickets must be purchased by November 15, 2026.
