December 4-8 at the PA Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, PA (NOVEMBER 12, 2024): Now in its 41st year, the five-day PA Christmas + Gift Show taking place December 4-8 at the PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg will feature more than 550 specialty vendors offering a wide array of gifts, decor, apparel and jewelry, seasonal items, gourmet food and more, all on one floor. Extensive holiday displays, special events and activities help make the show an annual holiday tradition and must-attend event for the 30,000 shoppers who visit the show, one of the largest holiday shows in the U.S.

Here are the show’s exciting new features and events for 2024:

*  Country Christmas Night on Saturday, Dec. 7 (4 pm-7 pm): Discounted admission ($5) and boot-scootin’ country line dancing for all ages and levels with instruction by Dancin’ with Brittanie, and country-themed prizes including a custom, flat brim decorated “Lainey Wilson” hat from Forever Spring Farm ($150 value)

*  Friends & Family Day on Sunday, Dec. 8 (1 pm-5 pm): Friends and families get two-for-the-price-of-one tickets after 1 pm, and the kids will love the free face painting and puzzles, stories with Santa (1:30 pm), and live music and dance groups on the Entertainment Stage

*  Deck the Lobby by Fitz Haus Interior Design: Visitors will be immersed in an exquisite new display of elaborate holiday decor upon their entry to the show through the Cameron Street Lobby

*  Fantastic Gift Finder Lisa Thomas’s Favorite Finds: Lisa Thomas of Lebanon, PA, winner of the show’s first search for a savvy gift shopper, has selected this year’s Five Favorite Finds from among the show’s hundreds of vendors

*  Mini Maker’s Market: Visitors will be delighted by this new area showcasing local vendors selling handmade, one-of-a-kind items

*  Ho Ho Handmade by Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury: Get crafty in new guided workshops offered each day at the show, where visitors can make their own home decor and gift items to bring home

*  Classic Carols sung by Central PA Womyn’s Chorus: Pop-up caroling by the Central PA Womyn’s Chorus, singing classic Christmas carols and festive favorites in the Cameron Street Lobby entrance on Friday, Dec. 6 (4 pm-7 pm) and Saturday, Dec. 7 (9 am-11 am)

* Additional seating: Visitors will rejoice at the increased amount of seating options this year, including two shoppers lounges (located in Giant Hall and Equine Arena), additional concession seating, and more than 1,600 stadium seats available in the Equine Arena

*  Four Diamonds Fund partnership: Help kids conquer childhood cancer this holiday season by choosing to donate to the Four Diamonds Fund when purchasing tickets to the show online, or when getting free photos with Santa at the show

These special guests, events and features will also enhance the holiday merriment:

• Karolyn Grimes, the actress and author known for her role as Zuzu Bailey in the classic 1946 holiday film It’s A Wonderful Life, returns to the show to meet visitors and showcase her cookbook, Christmas bells and ornaments

• Girls Night Out on Friday, Dec. 6 (4 pm-7 pm): Gal pals can shop and party, and enjoy discounted admission ($5), discounted signature cocktails, DIY workshops, music, games and great door prizes

• Deck the Paws on Saturday, Dec. 7 (10 am): Doggie fashion show featuring adorable, adoptable dogs from Canine Rescue of Central PA, strutting in their finest holiday gear

• Merry Money: All visitors can register to win Merry Money ($100 gift cards to use at the vendors of their choice), with drawings held throughout the show

Visitors can again enjoy such show favorites as Santaland to get free photos with Santa, marvel at the Christmas LEGO Village and 165-foot model trains display, vote for their favorite decorated tree in Christmas Tree Lane, feast at the Christmas Dinner Banquet Buffet, celebrate the season with signature cocktails (Grinch Cocktail, Cranberry Prosecco Punch and Ms. Claus Cocktail), ship their gifts directly from the show at the USPS station, and take in continuous festive dance performances, heavenly vocals and more at the Entertainment Stage.

ADMISSION: Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the box office:

-$10 for adults (age 12+)

-$8 for seniors (age 62+)

-Free for children age 11 and under

-Individual tickets for groups of 20 or more are $8 each

-Admission for $5 per person after 4 pm is only available at the box office.

-Second-day tickets can be purchased for $5 at the box office before exiting.
