Chakras Explained… by Carrie Beleno

In my first article for The Valley Ledger, I briefly described Reiki and how this universal energy works to break up “baggage” that we tend to carry around in our chakras. (As you may recall, chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit, and these spinning wheels are what give and take energy all day long).
