Ciocca Dealerships is expanding its service options in the Lehigh Valley in 2019 with the opening of the new Ciocca Express Service in Wescosville.
The center, located in the former Queen City Tire Center between Ciocca Subaru and Audi Allentown, provides quick turnaround for oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacements, radiator service, battery service, light bulb service, wipers, air filter replacements and cabin filter replacements for all makes and models.
Construction on the $2 million, five-bay facility began in October 2018 and founder and CEO Gregg Ciocca said the center opened April 1.
“The Lehigh Valley has been a great market for us, and we want to continue to offer the services our customers need,” Ciocca said. “This express center offers us the opportunity to do just that in a way that is convenient for them, while introducing us to new customers who will quickly come to see the quality of the Ciocca brand as well as the expert abilities and friendliness of our certified mechanics and service representatives.”
The center is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On March 25th, 2019 Automotive News published their list of the Top 150 largest auto retail groups in the United States and Ciocca Dealerships is excited to be ranked number 107. Ciocca Dealerships began more than four decades ago in the driveway of Gregg Ciocca’s childhood home in Warminster. Ciocca bought his first new car dealership – Quakertown Ford — in 1993 and today the Ciocca Dealerships also include Ciocca Ford, Ciocca Hyundai, Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown, Ciocca Ford of Souderton, Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg, Buick Isuzu of West Chester and Ciocca Subaru, Ciocca Volkswagen and Audi Allentown, all in Allentown.
In 2017 Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton joined the group, in 2018 Ciocca acquired Mercedes Benz of Flemington, and in December Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester became part of the dealership family. In March Ciocca added four new dealerships in the Williamsport area, including BMW, Toyota and Genesis, Honda and Hyundai.
The Ciocca family of businesses also includes four collision centers, located in Quakertown, Allentown, Harrisburg and West Chester.
The Ciocca family of dealerships now accounts for almost $850 million in annual sales, employs more than 850 people and have satisfied countless customers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and beyond. Ciocca is particularly proud that two of the first three employees he hired remain with the business today – a testimony to the values that has made Ciocca Dealership a trusted brand for more than 40 years.
