Only Small Handful of Residences Remain Available; Phase II to Deliver More Inventory Later this Spring
BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA – Development Partners The KRE Group and The Silverman Group announced today that a full lease-up of the first phase of apartments at Madison Farms is imminent.
Only a small handful of the 294 rental residences that comprise the first phase remain available and they are expected to rent quickly, according to Jeremy Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer of The KRE Group. More residences will be available later this spring when the first building of the community’s second phase debuts.
“This is an important milestone for Madison Farms,” Mr. Kaplan said. “We are proud to be able to say we have fully leased the first phase of apartments, and we’re excited to be opening the second phase up to renters in the near future.”
Madison Farms is a mixed-use community rising on a 100-acre property in Bethlehem Township that is being developed in multiple phases. The first phase of 294 apartments and 153,000 square feet of retail space is already completed and occupied. The second phase of 276 rental residences is under construction and will debut later this spring. A separate phase of 267 for-sale homes is also underway, with 57 homes currently under construction. Once completed, the community will comprise 837 residences and 153,000 square feet of retail space as well as ponds, walking trails, open space and a dog park.
The KRE/Silverman development team designed Madison Farms with resident convenience in mind. The 7,500 square-foot clubhouse in the middle of the community provides easy access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool, and other amenities. The proliferation of on-site retail puts a supermarket, boutique shops, a coffeehouse and quick-service restaurants all within walking distance.
All apartments at Madison Farms include luxurious features and appointments such as laminate hardwood floors in the living areas, under mounted sinks, front loaded washer & dryers and plush, carpeted bedrooms. Chef-inspired kitchens include stainless steel appliances, gas ranges and top-of-the-line dishwashers and microwaves. The community is pet-friendly and all rental buildings are elevator serviced.
