CE offers immediate media access to Zero Shades® Facilitators and convenes local higher education professionals to turn concern into campus action.
EASTON, Pa. Renewed attention to the Cornell Seven and Jane Doe sexual assault allegation case raises an urgent local question: What can our colleges do now to help prevent sexual assault, support students, and respond when concerns arise? Collegiate Empowerment (CE), an Easton-based nonprofit educational production company, is responding with immediate access to Zero Shades® Facilitators as sources for media coverage and a November 6 gathering focused on collaboration and campus solutions.
Since 1995, CE’s educational programs have reached more than 3 million students across over 3,000 colleges. CE brings more than 30 years of higher education experience and has offered consent and sexual assault prevention education through its Zero Shades® trilogy since 2013.
The Zero Shades approach empowers students to say no because of a deeper, burning yes to their values, well-being, and campus culture. CE empowers students and educators alike to advocate for consent, respect for boundaries, peer support, and bystander intervention, and to create a campus culture of care and compassion.
BRINGING THE REGION TOGETHER TO ACT
In addition to its national “boots on campus” tours, Collegiate Empowerment will be hosting The Delaware & Lehigh Valley Student Advancement Conference on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Normandy Farms in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Presented through DLV/SAC, The Delaware & Lehigh Valley Student Advancement Collaborative, the event is expected to bring together roughly 100 higher education professionals from more than 50 local colleges and universities across the Delaware & Lehigh Valley.
A special session, “From Headlines to Campus Action: Consent Education, Sexual Assault Prevention, and Campus Response,” will challenge educators and student advancement professionals to turn concern into campus action: compare approaches, collaborate on solutions, and identify success strategies to implement on campus. Other sessions address issues affecting today’s students.
Only 17 days to register: tickets close Friday, October 23. Organizers anticipate a sellout; registration may close earlier if capacity is reached. Register at www.DLVSAC.org.
