BETHLEHEM, PA – October 31, 2014 – The Christmas City’s iconic Hotel Bethlehem is getting the holiday season off to a sweet start by partnering with two other local businesses to create a limited edition Christmas tin that is bound to become a collector’s item.
Filled with peppermint bark candy from Bazzini, a confection and nut company in Allentown, the tin retails for $16.95 and will be sold exclusively through The Shoppe, which is located on Main Street in Historic Bethlehem.
The lid of the tin features an original painting by Yaralov Gallery Owner and artist Sergei Yaralov. It depicts a scene of a late 1990’s snow-covered Main Street featuring the hotel and several storefronts during the holiday season. His impressionistic realism painting style often focuses on Historic Bethlehem buildings and scenery, for which he is widely known and respected.
On Saturday, November 8, The Shoppe at Hotel Bethlehem will hold a premiere event and tin signing from 2-4 p.m. Hotel Bethlehem Managing Partner Bruce Haines, Bazzini Owner Rocco Damato, and artist Sergei Yaralov owner of Yaralov Gallery, will sign the tins. This will allow customers who purchase them that day to go home with a special holiday keepsake that is perfect for gift giving.
“Historic Hotel Bethlehem is proud to be a local business and we try to partner with other local businesses as much as possible,” said Dennis Costello, General Manager of Hotel Bethlehem. “All of the partners on this project are connected to Bethlehem as well as to each other. Sergei’s gallery is located across the street from the hotel and our shoppe, and Bazzini owner Rocco Damato and Managing Partner of the Hotel Bruce Haines live in the Historic District. We are delighted to offer our shoppe customers and hotel guests the opportunity to purchase a special holiday gift that so strongly illustrates our passion for local businesses like our own.”
