The Karl Stirner Arts Trail will celebrate the paintings created by children and youth on its Young Masters Wall with a reception on Tuesday, March 25, from 4:30-6 p.m. in Landis Cinema, Buck Hall, 219 N. Third Street.
Danny Moyer, coordinator of the Young Masters Wall, will present a slideshow. Light refreshments will be available.
The Young Masters Wall is a rotating installation at the Richard McAteer Memorial Bridge (“blue bridge”) along the Karl Stirner Arts Trail. At nearly 5 feet high and 80 feet long, the wall is located near the 13th Street entrance. Since 2012, groups of artists have created temporary paintings in gold frames.
Participating groups last year were Easton Arts Academy Elementary Charter School, The Learning Center at Third Street Alliance for Women and Children, Girl Scout Troop 8747, Easton Area High School, and Wilson Area High School. They are scheduled to return in 2025.
