Lifestyle Shopping Center Continues Rapid Expansion

of Tenant Lineup with Addition of Art Studio

 

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – August 8, 2024 – Promenade Saucon Valley, an open-air lifestyle shopping center in Center Valley, Pennsylvania (www.promenadesauconvalley.com), today announced the addition of SmARTivities Showcase, a vibrant artist market and maker space offering handmade gifts, art supplies, and a pottery studio providing opportunities for classes, camps, and more. The new 3,023-square-foot SmARTivities Showcase, expected to open this fall, will be located between Elite Salons & Suites and The Promenade Pop-Up Shop.

SmARTivities Showcase is designed to be an inclusive space for all ages and abilities, with a strong focus on personalized teaching techniques. The aim is to provide a welcoming environment where everyone can explore their creative side through a variety of activities and services including pottery wheel classes, open studio time, paint your own pottery, make and take crafts, classes and parties, artist market and showcase, art supplies and more. 

In addition to SmARTivities Showcase, over the past year, Promenade Saucon Valley has added a number of other coveted new tenants as well, including Rally House, J.Crew Factory, Fulton Bank and Club Champion. It has also welcomed restaurants Five Guys Burgers & Fries, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, and Turning Point and several local businesses that include FD Market, Lashes by Gab and Sweet Diehl Boutique. Additionally, the center has been incubating entrepreneurial new retailers through two creative programs both introduced in 2023: the Promenade Pop-Up Shop and the holiday-themed Candy Cane Lane.
