Ryan Kern recently joined HRG as a senior project manager.  He is responsible for providing municipal and transportation engineering services to clients throughout the Lehigh Valley region and beyond.

Kern has more than 25 years of experience in traffic studies and the design of intersection improvements, roadway rehabilitations, roundabouts, and traffic signals. He previously led the municipal & transportation divisions at a mid-size civil engineering firm.
