The single became the band’s second number one on Billboard’s Canada Rock chart, totaling four weeks in the top position. Blame My Ex was released on September 15, 2023, and peaked at number 76 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart, the band’s first appearance on the chart.

The album solidified his status as one of the leading voices and rising stars of the salsa genre.

Nina Dioz

Carla Reyna, better known as Nina Dioz, has grown accustomed to breaking barriers for more than a decade into Mexico’s predominantly male hip-hop scene as an openly queer rapper. Now based between LA and Mexico City, she continues to create meaningful songs that reflect her identity, reality, vision and voice. The first single off her album Reyna, received millions of streams and became one of NPR’s Best Alternative Songs of 2019. It was also named by Germany’s Cosmo Radio “Top Song of the Year.” Her music has been featured in a large number of movies, TV shows and commercials, such as “Primero,” part of the official soundtrack of FIFA’s 21 video game; as well as HBO’s “Insecure,” Netflix’s “Ozark,” Netflix’s “The Unforgivable” (with Sandra Bullock) and Netflix’s “On My Block” – to name a few examples. Her most recent single “Mezcal,” which has charted more than 2 million streams, is a powerful collaboration between Nina Dioz and Hispana.

ZZ Ward

Her first single, “Put the Gun Down,” broke into the top 10 on the AAA radio chart in 2013, staying there for 10 weeks, and broke into the top 40 on the Billboard Alternative chart. Grace Bowers & The Hodge Podge

Instead of resorting to mere words, chords and leads evoke feelings for the 17-year-old guitarist and band leader, Grace Bowers. It’s why she’s quietly emerged as not only a phenomenon on her instrument of choice, but also as an enigmatic musical presence. It’s why she’s been sought after by everyone from Dolly Parton, Lainey Wilson, Devon Allman and Margo Price to Tyler Childers, Kingfish and Susan Redeshi, and earned acclaim courtesy of Rolling Stone and more. The top of 2024 has Grace in the studio with John Osborne (of Brothers Osborne) with her debut album set to release this summer.

Kassi Ashton

This American singer/songwriter made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry on March 15, 2023. With a little bit of rock, a hell of a lot of soul and a throwback R&B groove, Ashton has crash landed on country radio. Named to Ones to Watch lists by publications like Huffington Post and The Tennessean as well as juggernaut radio personality Bobby Bones, Ashton spent 2019 as one of the openers on Maren Morris’s GIRL World Tour. “Dates In Pickup Trucks,” her irresistible debut radio single dropped in February. The release marks the critical next step for the young singer.

Christina Havrilla

Philadelphia area native Christine Havrilla is a self-taught musician known for bringing her “well-built, catchy, smart tunes” to audiences everywhere, touring nationally as a solo act as well as with Gypsy Fuzz. After an inspirational time of being based in Portland, Oregon, Christine is once again back in the northeast and frequenting such venues as World Café Live, Steel City, Godfrey Daniels, Jammin’ Java, Burlap and Bean, John and Peter’s, Rockwood Music Hall, Ramshead on Stage and The Tin Pan, to name a few.

Flyana Boss

This American hip-hop duo consists of rappers Bobbi LaNea Taylor and Folayan Omi Kunerede. The two musicians met at the Musicians Institute and bonded over their love for music, eventually forming Flyana Boss in 2019. Since then, they have been making waves in the music industry with their catchy and energetic songs, gaining popularity on platforms like TikTok. They signed to Atlantic Record in 2021, and their song “You Wish” gained popularity online in 2023 after skyrocketing, amassing 1.7 million streams. Flyana Boss is not just a band; they’re a musical revelation. Looking ahead, the duo aims to expand their musical horizons. Collaborations with renowned artists are on their radar. They also plan to explore different musical genres.

LOGUIDICE

Born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, LOGUIDICE introduces a new spin on modern pop and R&B. As a graduate of the esteemed Berklee Alumni, her knowledge and skill has brought her to the city of angels, LA, to continue chasing her dream. The experiences and information gathered on this journey has brought her back to where it all started as she gets ready to bring a brand-new collection of music to the Musikfest stage.

Crash Adams

This Canadian pop music duo is most noted as Juno Award nominees for Breakthrough Group of the Year in 2024. The duo consists of Rafaele “Crash” Massarelli and Vince “Adams” Sasso. The duo began making music together in the 2020s but struggles to get attention until hitting on a social media strategy that involved transporting Massarelli’s grandmother’s red couch to unexpected locations to create short TikTok videos. With a quickly expanding fanbase, they released several singles over the next few years until signing with Warner Records/Warner Music Canada, which released the four-song EP California Girl in early 2023.

Sorelle

Sorelle means sister in Italian. These three sisters, Madi, Ana and Bella are famous for their synchronized voices, pure, spontaneous and in perfect harmony.
