BETHLEHEM, PA: The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce its 2024 Annual Awards Reception and this year’s honorees. This is a night dedicated to celebrating the very best of Bethlehem! This year’s event promises to be a vibrant showcase of the individuals, businesses, and organizations that make our community flourish.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 5:00 PM, as we gather at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, to recognize the outstanding achievements of our esteemed Chamber members.
2024 ANNUAL AWARD RECIPIENTS
MILESTONE AWARD – Recipients: Apollo Grill – 25 Years, Aardvark Sports Shop – 40 Years, and The Bach Choir – 125 Years
Milestone Awards are given in celebration of Chamber member businesses who are celebrating a significant anniversary.
STRATEGIC PARTNER AWARD – Recipient: Edge Restaurant
The Strategic Partner Award is given to a business or individual who has enhanced the Bethlehem Community and/or the Bethlehem Chamber with a spirit of volunteerism and/or support in multiple arenas.
DOWNTOWN VISION AWARD – Recipient: Neville Gardner, Owner of McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub & Whiskey Bar and Donegal Square
The Downtown Vision Award is given to those who have a clear goal for how they see the future of their downtown and don’t just talk about it, they make it happen.
COMMUNITY PARTNER AWARD – Recipient: Janine Santoro, City of Bethlehem
The Community Partner Award is given to a person or organization whose work directly impacts the wellbeing of its community in addition to having a clear mission to give back through sponsorship and volunteerism.
STAR OF BETHLEHEM AWARD – Recipient: Eric Fontanez, Bethlehem Area School District
The Star of Bethlehem Award is given to an individual who has dedicated much of their lives in bettering Bethlehem as either a volunteer or in a business capacity.
TRAILBLAZER AWARD – Recipient: Derek Wallen, LV Printing, Roasted, Country Club Brewing, Big Dog Burbon
The Trailblazer Award recognizes a true pioneer whose business has demonstrated exceptional vision, leadership, and innovation in Bethlehem with remarkable success.
PRISCILLA PAYNE HURD AWARD – Recipient: Kassie Hilgert, ArtsQuest
The Priscilla Payne Hurd Award is given in recognition of the impact of an individual and influence on the enhancement of life in our community, through the Arts, Education, or Health Care.
