Bethlehem, PA (January 22, 2023 ) – Number one ranked 133# NCAA Division I wrestler and Historic Hotel Bethlehem Community Ambassador Ryan Crookham will host a meet and greet event at the Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor this weekend. On Sunday, January 28, the shop will debut his new limited edition Brown & White Ice Cream Sundae. “In honor of Lehigh University’s colors, I wanted to work in as many layers of Brown & White into this dessert as possible,” said Crookham.

The sundae features Penn State’s Death by Chocolate Ice Cream which includes fudge chunks, chocolate flakes, and a chocolate swirl over a decadent brownie. But that’s not all you’ll enjoy in the new Ryan Crookham Brown & White Sundae. Heaping dollops of whipped cream, a peanut butter sauce drizzle, and extra chocolate chunks crown the creation. “This sundae is the perfect way to celebrate a post-match victory,” said Historic Hotel Bethlehem Managing Partner Bruce Haines.
The limited edition creations will be on sale for half price, just $5, during the meet and greet event.

While enjoying sundaes, the public will be able to chat with Crookham, take photos, and get autographs. Haines said, “We’re proud to partner with this local star and three time Pennsylvania high school state champion who earned his titles at both Saucon Valley and Notre Dame. It’s incredible for a college freshman to emerge after the first half of the season to rank number one in his weight class. So, this is an amazing opportunity to hear stories and wrestling tips straight from one of the best collegiate wrestlers in America. That’s something worth celebrating with a sundae this Sunday.”
