Your Next Favorite Band’s Songwriter Round Showcases Music City, USA at ArtsQuest

BETHLEHEM, PA – Stereophilia tudio, a platform dedicated to discovering and promoting incredible, genre-defiant artists, recently hosted a live show on November 18, 2023, at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA. The show, titled “Nashville Meets Bethlehem,” featured a lineup of talented musicians who brought the Nashville sound to the Lehigh Valley.
The annual songwriter’s round event was curated by Phillip Reese, the founder of Stereophilia Studio and the host of Your Next Favorite Band Podcast, a weekly show that showcases emerging artists and their stories. Reese has a knack for finding music and bands that listeners enjoy, and he has been producing the podcast since May 2022. Gerald Longo of Nashville’s Underground Music Collective co-produced the live show, helping to secure Tennessee-based artists the Christmas City.

“Nashville Meets Bethlehem” attracted hundreds of music fans who enjoyed performances by Tioga, a synth-pop band from Philadelphia, PA; The Wild Feathers, a rock band from Nashville, TN; Slingshot Dakota, a two-piece indie rock band from Easton, PA; Dirty Dollhouse, multi-genre folk and country duo from Philadelphia, PA; The Beautiful Distortion, a loud rock band featured in Martin Guitar’s Martin on Main festival from Eastern, PA; Bribtë Fall, indie pop and rootsy Americana; Chasing Daylight, alternative pop, r&b and hopebeat artist from Lehigh Valley; and Roi and the Secret People, a sultry swamp, classic rock and alternative group from the tri-state area. In preparation, Tioga performed in-studio for the Channel 69 News team and spoke exclusively with Karin Mallett and Bo Koltnow, who covered the event for their #MusicMonday segment.
