BETHLEHEM, PA – The community is invited to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Hampton Winds, the Northampton Community College (NCC) Bethlehem campus teaching restaurant. Join us on November 3 for a 5-course tasting menu inspired by the Hampton Winds original menu.
Five NCC alumni chefs from the area will partner with NCC students to each prepare a course for this spectacular event. In addition, there will be wine paired for the 5 courses. Please join us as we take a look back at where it all began and talk about our dreams for what is to come!
