On Thursday, October 5th, the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board held its Centenarian Luncheon at the Green Pond Country Club. Thirty-one Northampton County residents, ages 100 to 110, attended with their family and friends and enjoyed lunch and entertainment by the Lehigh Valley Sweet Adelines. County Executive Lamont G. McClure joined the celebration and presented proclamations to all Centenarians in attendance.
The Centenarian Luncheon is an annual event to honor Northampton County residents who are 100 years of age or older. The Centenarians who celebrated this year:
