Five course menu highlights favorites from both the east coast and the west coast

Bethlehem, PA (May 30, 2023) – From an appetizer course, pitting juicy Georgia peaches against a creamy avocado, to a dessert course, where New York Cheesecake faces off against a blood orange panna cotta, guests will savor an indulgent evening at Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s June Wine Dinner.

The East vs. West Dinner will highlight popular foods from each of America’s coasts paired with wines that perfectly complement each dish. “We strive to create wine dinners that offer not only great flavors and wine pairings, but also a fun theme that gets people talking,” said Historic Hotel Bethlehem Executive Chef Rodney Rivera.
