Join Lauren LoGiudice in her variety show with trivia for anyone who’s ever looked at their family and thought: How did I get here?

Bethlehem, PA, May 22, 2023 – ArtsQuest is bringing Ancestry Dot Comedy: The Misfit Variety Show to the Visitor Center presented by St. Luke’s University Health Network on Sat. June 3, at 9:15 p.m..

Ancestry Dot Comedy: The Misfit Variety Show is a comedy show focusing on family secrets due to commercial DNA tests. Such as hidden identities, illicit affairs, secret sperm and egg donations and unrevealed adoptions.

Lauren LoGiudice is an accomplished comedian, actor and author of Amazon Kindle Best Seller Inside Melania: What I Know About Melania Trump by Impersonating Her. Her work has been featured by The New York Times, BBC, Bust Magazine, McSweeny’s Internet Tendency and Hyperallergic, among others. Her TV and film credits include Veep, Brave the Dark and Galaxy360 and Moth StorySLAM Champ. In addition to her comedy album, Misfits: A Comedy Album you can also hear her Melania Trump’s Rockin’ Right-Wing Christmas Album, available on all major streaming platforms.

“We do a pre-show mingle for people who have interesting family stories. It is a great way to commiserate and to also ask questions to our special guest, Professor Choi of Lehigh University,” Lauren LoGiudice, host of the show, said. “This is a unique event that allows space for people struggling with belonging and identity. That’s a lot of folks right now and we’re hoping to bring them solace through laughter.”

Ticket prices for adults are $14, ArtsQuest Members tickets are $12.50, and ages 25 and under as well as seniors are $13. The show contains adult language and/or situations. No one under the age of 12 will be admitted into the show. Anyone coming to the show between the ages of 13 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
