BETHLEHEM, PA – Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center proudly announces that 2023 Lehigh Valley Pride will take place on Sunday, August 20, from 2 to 8:30 p.m., at the SteelStacks (101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015).
For decades, Lehigh Valley Pride has been a vibrant community event celebrating LGBTQ+ arts and culture while connecting thousands of community members to local resources. This year, Lehigh Valley Pride is celebrating its 30th anniversary!
Accessibility features will include ASL interpretation on stage, ADA restrooms, large-print Pride guides, alcohol-free experiences, reserved seating for older adults and people with disabilities, and reserved parking near the festival entrances.
“The monumental achievement of Lehigh Valley Pride’s 30th year is already so much to appreciate and celebrate. Looking forward to 2023 Lehigh Valley Pride, there are so many things to be excited about,” said Ashley L. Coleman, Executive Director at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center. “We are thrilled to announce that this will be a free festival. Pride fosters Queer joy and liberation; we as a community need that now more than ever.”
“We invite our community and allies to join us at the 30th anniversary of Lehigh Valley Pride,” added Christian Orr, Senior Events Manager at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center. “Celebrate with joy, be seen, and be heard at Lehigh Valley Pride; our 30th anniversary will be our biggest and best Pride yet.”
