The Affiliated Chambers of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce are excited to host the 2nd Annual ‘Talk Derby to Me’ Premiere networking event. The Chamber aims to help connect businesses and individuals in fun and unique ways, and this event is a prime example of just that!
Thanks to our sponsors, the night’s entertainment will be filled with Derby themed games, many of which guests will have the chance to walk away with cash prizes. To help us capture all of these memories and ‘Talking Derby’, there ample photo opportunities thanks to The Party Shack and Mr. Perfecto 360 photobooth. In addition to these activities to showcase guests’ dapper attire, there will be delicious food offerings from Brooklyn’s Catering and dessert will be provided by the new Wild and Free bakery in Slatington.
To pair with these delicious food items, there will be a cash bar featuring Triple Sun Spirits and Rising River pouring their signature beverages and The Backyard Bar Co will also be joining in the festivities serving Kentucky Derby themed mocktails from their vintage horse trailer.
When asked about why this event began for the Affiliated Chambers, Jessica O’Donnell Gower stated, “We love planning this event each year because it brings together all nine of the smaller communities that make up the Affiliated Chambers. For example, businesses in Greater Northern have the opportunity to network with individuals from Southern Lehigh region that they might not normally have the opportunity to connect with.”
Come dressed to impress as we will have secret judges awarding prizes for best dressed couple, best headwear and most dapper attire. All are invited to dust off their floppy hats and bowties to join us at this year’s event on April 26th from 5:30 to 8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased here and will include access to this event and complimentary appetizers and desserts.
