Bethlehem, PA (February 28, 2023) – Get those fringed dresses and pinstriped suits ready; Historic Hotel Bethlehem has announced its 2023 Roaring ‘20s Ball is finally back. Guests will feel like they’ve stepped back into the 1920s as they enter the elegant Great Gatsby-like ballroom with staff and attendees decked out in their Jazz-age clothes. “It’s an incredible immersive experience that really takes you back to the time period when the hotel was founded 100 years ago,” said Kelly Ronalds, the Director of Room Sales and Guest Experiences.
The event is Saturday, March 25 from 5pm-10pm. The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring speakeasy cocktails and hors D’oeuvres. Guests will enjoy an open bar, three course dinner, and flambe station dessert display.
Dinner Menu
Begin your dinner with a Caesar Salad and Parmesan Crisp. Then choose from several entrées:
- 12oz Grilled Delmonico Steak in a brandy green peppercorn sauce
- Chicken Breast with white trumpet mushrooms, crispy pancetta and roasted brussel sprouts in a sherry porcini emulsion
- Seared Salmon with a lemon-dill beurre blanc
- Red Quinoa, Celery root, Spinach and Baby Carrots with a roasted lemon vinaigrette
Top it all off with pineapple upside down cake and cherries jubilee served at the flambe station.
Entertainment
The Josh Gilgoff’s Roaring ‘20s Band and The Dolcetto Trio will keep you on the dancefloor throughout the evening. “This is going to be a night to remember. You don’t want to miss it,” said Ronalds. “This is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year and always sells out fast.” Reservations
To make reservations, call 877-327-9402. The $299 per couple admission includes taxes and gratuity. If you’d like to spend the night at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, there’s a special event room rate of only $199 plus tax.
