NAI Summit’s Mike Adams recently represented tenant, Sanbor Medical Corp in a multi-year lease transaction for 15,332 SF industrial/flex space at 7584 Morris Court in Allentown, PA. Sanbor Medical Corp is proudly based in Allentown, PA, and is an exclusive contract manufacturer for medical device companies. It was founded as Sanbor Corporation in 1990, initially focusing on electronics contract manufacturing. Sanbor grew to focus on medical device subsystems and finished products, eventually dividing the company into two divisions: one for medical devices and one for electronics.
