The 43,000 SF industrial/flex building offers a professional business park setting with quick access to Route 78 and minutes from the NJ border. Gladiator Freight, Inc. will be occupying 5,000 SF and currently serve the NJ, NY, and PA area.

EL&G Construction Corporation moved from New York with only one location in mind, the Lehigh Valley. EL&G Construction Corporation is primarily a residential home builder and plan to use their 3,200 SF flex space as their sole location.

Mark Magasich represented the owner of 1150 Glenlivet Drive in Allentown, PA in the lease transaction with American Financial Network, Inc. The office suite is located within Lehigh Valley Office Plaza Business Park, conveniently accessible from major highways. American Financial Network, Inc. is a direct lender of mortgage financing headquartered in Brea, CA, with locations across the US.

In the most recent lease transaction, Mark Magasich represented the tenant for an office suite at 35 E Elizabeth Avenue in Bethlehem, PA. Healing Path Psychology provides therapy treatment ranging from mental health, alcohol and drug, to drama. This is their only location in the Lehigh Valley.
