April 23, 2020 | Lehigh Valley, PA – The Affiliated Chambers of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a collaboration with the Pocono Chamber of Commerce to co-host a three-part Home & Healthy Webinar Series. This series will feature wellness talks to keep your mind, body, and business strong. As the world faces unprecedented changes to everyone’s personal and professional lives, it is more important now than ever before that we take action to protect each other’s mental and physical health, as well as take measures to maintain our own safety and security. Once a week for the next three weeks panelists will provide tips, tricks, resources, and exercises to webinar attendees on how to keep your mind, body, and business strong.
The series will kick off with part-one on Friday, April 24th at 10:00 AM on the Zoom Meeting platform. Part-one will focus on mental health and self-care during a pandemic. Industry expert panelists will include, Dr. Amanda Sellers Psy.D., LLC (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) , Rick Franzo, Certified Behavioral Consultant (The Growth Coach of the Poconos), and Dr. Lorraine Dickey, MD, MBA FAAP (Founder & CEO of The Narrative Initiative LLC).
On Friday, May 1st at 10:00 AM the series will continue on the Zoom Meeting Platform with part-two. Part-two will focus on physical health and caring for one’s body during a pandemic. The panel will consist of industry experts Brad A. Modrich (United States Marine & 20+ Year Certified Personal Trainer) and Marisa Wagner MS, RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, ShopRite of Brodheadsville). Confirmation is currently pending for the third panelist and will be released in the coming days.
The series will wrap up via the Zoom Meeting platform on Friday, May 8th at 10:00 AM. Part-three will focus on safety and security during a pandemic. Experts panelists from the public safety and cyber security industry will include, Chief Joseph Schatz (Police Chief, Jim Thorpe), Pete Potoczak (CEO, Secure Technologies), and Carmine J. Corridore (President, Underdog Computer and Network Support LLC).
This is a free webinar series for all current and prospective Chamber members; all are welcome to attend. Registration is required to receive the login information to access the webinar platform.
