ALLENTOWN, PA — In response to the launch of the Mayors Against LGBT Discrimination Coalition, Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center’s Executive Director, Adrian Shanker, released the following statement:

“The Lehigh Valley LGBT community is represented by Mayors in all three of our Cities who value diversity and inclusion. We are pleased to see Mayors Donchez, Panto, and Pawlowski all endorse LGBT non-discrimination by joining this national coalition of mayors committed to equal opportunity for LGBT people. The State of Pennsylvania should follow the lead of Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton and adopt statewide non-discrimination protections for the LGBT community.”
