Stroudsburg, PA – The Sherman Theater is proud to announce the return of Stroudfest, celebrating its 20th annual festival on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the heart of Downtown Stroudsburg.
This end-of-summer event is now a highly anticipated local tradition, drawing thousands of visitors each year for a day filled with live entertainment, local shopping, delicious food, and community. Hosted by the Sherman Theater, this year’s festival will feature four stages of live music and more than 170 vendors, showcasing a diverse mix of unique specialty shops, art galleries, restaurants, and wineries.
For its 20th anniversary, Stroudfest will introduce a new festival footprint, expanding throughout Downtown Stroudsburg. Vendors will be located along Main Street, 7th Street and Courthouse Square, Monroe Street, and 6th Street. To accommodate the expanded event, the entirety of Main Street from 5th Street to 7th Street will be closed to vehicle traffic with vendors vending into the street.
“We’re very excited to be bringing Stroudfest back with the element of Main Street being closed.” said Sarah Collier, event coordinator of Stroudfest. “The new footprint will create heightened experience for vendors and festival goers alike, and we can’t wait to bring the fun and festivities to the town.”
Parking will be available at Stroudsburg High School, with complimentary shuttle service provided throughout the day by Pocono Pony.
