The Lehigh Valley’s Premier Celebration of Space, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Innovation Now Accepting Sponsors, Exhibitors, Presenters, Vendors, and Volunteers

Lehigh Valley Space Fest, the Lehigh Valley’s premier celebration of space, science, technology, engineering and innovation, is returning for its fourth year on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

The free public event, held this year for the first time at Lehigh University, aims to bring together scientists, engineers, educators, university clubs, museums, government agencies, nonprofits, technology companies, astronomy clubs, makers and thousands of visitors for a day of discovery, hands-on learning and inspiration.

Lehigh University serves as the presenting sponsor and host, underscoring its commitment to research, innovation, STEM education, and community engagement while welcoming visitors of all ages to explore science, engineering and space exploration through engaging, hands-on experiences.

“At Lehigh University, we believe that discovery begins with curiosity,” said Nathan Urban, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs. “We’re proud to welcome the community to our Mountaintop Campus and provide a place where visitors of every age can experience science, engineering, and innovation firsthand. We hope Space Fest inspires future scientists, engineers, researchers, and explorers.”

Organizations Invited to Participate

Lehigh Valley Space Fest is actively seeking additional sponsors, exhibitors, presenters, vendors, volunteers, and community partners to help create one of the region’s largest collaborative STEM outreach events.

Applications from organizations interested in showcasing their mission, products, services, technologies, research, educational programs, or community initiatives are currently being accepted.

• Aerospace and technology companies

• Engineering firms

• Robotics teams and makerspaces

• Educational presenters

• Volunteers

Participating organizations will have the opportunity to:

• Connect directly with thousands of attendees, students, educators, and STEM enthusiasts

• Showcase products, research, technology, and educational programs

• Inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, innovators, and explorers

• Demonstrate community leadership and support for STEM education

• Increase brand visibility throughout eastern Pennsylvania

• Network with universities, industry leaders, educators, nonprofits, and government agencies

Organizations interested in becoming a sponsor, exhibitor, presenter, vendor, volunteer, or community partner are encouraged to apply online before August 15, 2026. Opportunities are available for organizations of all sizes, and participation is expected to fill early.
