SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (July 8, 2026) – Despite the recent heat wave, it’s time to shake, shimmy and “sleigh it!” – at the 4th Annual KidsPeace Zumbathon, on Sunday, July 12 at the organization’s Broadway Campus, 1620 Broadway in Bethlehem.
This year, the event will have a “Christmas in July” vibe – to shake off the summer doldrums and bring “the merry” to the dance floor. Participants and spectators in the event can expect dynamic instructors, nonstop dancing, and plenty of festive fun, from free face painting and henna art to exciting raffles and amazing food trucks throughout the event.
And all ages and fitness levels are welcome – whether a seasoned dancer or just there to beat the heat and soak up some “Holly Jolly” atmosphere.
The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets for Zumbathon participants are $20 each, with proceeds benefiting the Autism Services programs at KidsPeace. These include intensive behavioral health services – clinical, child-centered, family-focused care to clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, to assist in new skill development and coping mechanisms – and group-based afterschool and summer programs, which offer these children the opportunity to develop and practice social skills with peers.
