Project Blueprint is a leadership development program designed to help nonprofit organizations develop boards that are reflective of the culturally diverse communities they serve. Calling all fun, fashionable, and caring women to serve as personal shoppers for clients of our Perfect Fit for Working Women program and as retail associates in our Perfect Fit Resale Boutique, hosted by YWCA Allentown. Volunteers will greet clients, customers, and donors, receive, sort, tag, and hang clothing donations, assist clients or customers with clothing selections, and perform light housekeeping duties as necessary.
