LUNAFEST®, the fundraising film festival dedicated to championing women filmmakers and bringing people together in their communities, will be hosted at ArtsQuest, Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas in Bethlehem, PA on Thursday, Nov. 3 at 6:30 p.m., by Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley and Girls on the Run Pocono.

LUNAFEST features a program of short films that empower and inspire. This year’s stories are told from a variety of perspectives that champion women and gender nonconforming individuals, highlighting their aspirations, accomplishments, resilience, strength, and connection. Join us. The recommend age for the film festival is age 13+.

All proceeds from LUNAFEST will benefit Girls on the Run and will provide local program scholarships for those in need. LUNAFEST, in collaboration with Chicken & Egg pictures, also supports women nonfiction filmmakers whose artful and innovative storytelling catalyzes social change. Thus far, LUNAFEST, which is created and funded by LUNA®, has raised more than $6.5 Million for nonprofit organizations, featured 170 women filmmakers, and hosted over 2,700 screenings across the US and Canada.
