A PBS39 original production, Wyomissing: An American Dream shares the stories of the borough’s founding fathers, Ferdinand Thun and Henry Janssen. The German immigrants came to Berks County in the 1890’s and formed a textile company that became a legend called Wyomissing Industries.
PBS39 will host a special screening and panel discussion of the production at the Neag Planetarium at the Reading Public Museum on Wed., May 4th from 3 to 5 p.m.

Wyomissing: An American Dream is presented with support from The Wyomissing Foundation, Berkshire Charitable Foundation and the Henry Janssen Foundation.
