Residents and tourists have new tool to find Lehigh County parks online
(Allentown) Lehigh County Executive Tom Muller today announced the release of a new website that will allow residents and visitors to our area to identify and locate the various parks and recreational areas that are located within the borders of Lehigh County.
The website, http://parksfinder.lehighcounty.org/, allows consumers to find local parks and obtain easy directions. Also, when a user clicks on a particular park, amenities and features available at that particular facility are displayed. If the user does not know what park they wish to visit, a map is available to show what recreational options are available nearby.
“Employers, businesses and residents in Lehigh County consistently place quality of life and recreation near the top of their list when asked to identify what is important to them,” said Lehigh County Executive Tom Muller. “This website makes it faster and easier to access park information and should provide a better parks and recreation experience for our residents and visitors.”
