WILKES-BARRE, Pa- Acquisition International Magazine’s Influential Businesswoman Awards recently named Coal Creative’s CEO Holly K. Pilcavage the Most Community-Focused Digital Marketing CEO 2023 (Pennsylvania).

Holly K. Pilcavage is the CEO of Coal Creative, a creative agency based in Wilkes-Barre. Holly volunteers and is on the board for many local groups, including Dress for Success Luzerne County, the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber Board of Directors, and the Wyoming County Chamber’s Community Growth committee. Previously, she has also worked extensively with the Rainbow Alliance, which has heavily impacted the community. She has received many accolades, including but not limited to, “Maverick of the Year” in 2021 by The Stevie Awards and being listed in the City and State Impact 50 in 2022 by City and State Pennsylvania.

Holly provides long-term strategies for Coal, working hands-on with the team to make these ideas a reality. She has found a way to balance her desire to see the community around her prosper with Coal’s aspirations for development.

Holly received the honor of being granted a prestigious award from Acquisition International Magazine. Acquisition International Magazine grants this award to women who are “a driving force for innovation, change, and empowerment.” These three words are personified through Holly and the work she and Coal Creative do in our community.
