The team received Mid-Atlantic EMMY® Award nominations for Children/Youth/Teen Program or Special and for Historic/Cultural Program Feature/Segment.
Senior Vice President of Education and Production Teri Haddad, Ed. D., received a nomination as the producer of “Cosmo’s World: Trees,” an Emmy® Award-winning educational series produced in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Producer/director Scott Paul, video editor Steven Whitcombe and videographer Steve Kauffman were also nominated for their work on the program.
“Cosmo’s World has a proven track record of connecting kids to their environment and building excitement about science,” said Teri Haddad, VP of Education and Production, PBS39. “We’re committed to educating our young viewers and are honored to be recognized by our peers for this program yet again.”

The 34th Annual Mid-Atlantic Emmy® Awards will be presented Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, 1201 Market St., Philadelphia, PA 19107.
