SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (September 9, 2026) – KidsPeace announced that Lesley Holland Fallon has assumed the role of Chair of its National Board of Directors. Fallon succeeds Scott Reines, M.D., Ph.D., and will lead the organization’s governing board as KidsPeace continues to advance its mission of providing Hope, Help and Healing to children, adults and those who love them.

A respected entrepreneur, community leader and management consultant, Fallon built a distinguished career in business leadership. She served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Holiday Hair, overseeing a network of more than 200 salon locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Under her leadership, the company achieved a 30 percent increase in annual revenue while expanding its operational reach and organizational effectiveness. Fallon is also the founder of Folks Tales, a boutique video production company and multimedia legacy-sharing enterprise dedicated to preserving personal histories and meaningful life stories.
Her commitment to community leadership is reflected in service to numerous nonprofit organizations, including Repertory Dance Theatre, Valley Youth House, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, the Kutztown University Foundation, The Swain School, and Pennsylvania Stage Company. Through these roles, she has helped strengthen organizations, advance their missions and deepen their impact within the communities they serve.

Fallon joined the KidsPeace National Board of Directors in 2020 and currently serves as Chair of the KidsPeace Foundation Board of Trustees. She and her husband reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
