Turnstone Creative Expands Leadership Team with Addition of Marketing Manager

The addition strengthens Turnstone’s collaborative approach to marketing, storytelling and client strategy.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (May 28, 2026) – Turnstone Creative, a Lehigh Valley-based strategic communications, marketing and video production agency, has welcomed Sarah (Harrington) Elmer to the organization as marketing manager, further strengthening the agency’s growing leadership team.

The addition reflects Turnstone’s continued investment in integrated marketing strategy, creative collaboration and long-term organizational growth as the agency expands its work across nonprofit, healthcare, education and corporate sectors.

“Sarah is a creative at heart, but she also brings the kind of strategic thinking and leadership experience that fits naturally into how we work at Turnstone,” said Tina Hasselbusch, CEO and co-founder of Turnstone Creative. “The first time we met, her energy was radiant. She understands the importance of connection, collaboration and thoughtful communication, and I know both our team and our clients will benefit from her perspective and experience.”

As marketing manager, Elmer will help lead integrated marketing initiatives across social media, digital marketing, public relations, content and campaign strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients. She will work closely with Turnstone’s creative, video, PR and client experience teams to guide collaborative campaigns and support the agency’s continued growth.

“Turnstone was built around the idea that storytelling and strategy work best when people collaborate closely across disciplines,” said Katie Santana, president of Turnstone Creative. “Sarah’s background brings together creativity, communication and leadership in a way that complements the direction of our organization and the kind of work we continue to build together.”

Elmer brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, creative direction and community-focused communications. Most recently, she served as marketing manager at Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley, where she led fundraising efforts, events and brand storytelling initiatives. Prior to that role, she worked for St. Luke’s University Health Network as a creative marketing partner, supporting high-visibility campaigns across the healthcare network. Earlier in her career, she served as creative director and worship pastor at Vineyard Church of Chester Springs.

With a background in freelance graphic design, Elmer studied at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and received her associate degree from Onondaga Community College.

“The best marketing begins with authenticity and connection,” said Elmer. “I’m excited to join a team that values creativity, collaboration and community in such a genuine way. Turnstone has built something really special, and I’m grateful to be part of what comes next.”
