Communities in Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania welcomes Eileen Dautrich as vice president of mission advancement for Berks, Chester and Delaware counties.
ALLENTOWN, Pa. (January 27, 2025) – Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania (CIS of Eastern PA) is pleased to announce the addition of Eileen Dautrich as vice president of mission advancement. In this role, Dautrich will lead and execute strategic fundraising efforts in Berks, Chester and Delaware counties.
“Dautrich brings extensive knowledge of the business community, strategic fundraising and community leadership, which is instrumental to the execution of our mission at CIS of Eastern PA,” said Tim Mulligan, president and CEO of CIS of Eastern PA. “We are ready to work alongside her as we continue to expand our reach and support students in need.”
In this new role, Dautrich will cultivate relationships with major donors, foundations and corporations and support capital and annual giving campaigns in her assigned counties. She will also provide leadership to regional advisory boards, manage fundraising budgets and track performance using data analytics.
Before joining CIS of Eastern PA, Dautrich served as president of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce beginning in 2010. She has extensive experience in leadership and responsibility. She enjoys strategizing and implementing special projects that expand relationships and the organization’s impact. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business education from Bloomsburg University. Dautrich is looking forward to being a pivotal member of the CIS of Eastern PA team in this role.
