Lesley Fallon Elected Chair of KidsPeace Foundation Board of Trustees

SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (August 29, 2024) – The KidsPeace Foundation announced that Lesley Holland Fallon has been elected Chair of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Ms. Fallon is a community leader, entrepreneur, and management consultant. In her business career she served as president and chief operating officer of Holiday Hair, a chain of more than 200 salon locations throughout the Mid- Atlantic region; under her leadership the company saw a 30% increase in annual revenue. Recently Ms. Fallon and her husband Timothy have founded several ventures, including Wine Gadgets (parent company of WineSaverPRO) and Folks Tales, a multi-media legacy sharing enterprise.

As a strategic management consultant, Ms. Fallon has worked with a variety of organizations across the entire East Coast – including Lehigh University’s College of Education, MadWorld (maker of MadSpots) and Lehigh Valley Public Media.

In addition to KidsPeace, Ms. Fallon has held volunteer leadership roles for non-profit organizations such as Repertory Dance Theatre, Valley Youth House, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, PA Shakespeare Festival, Kutztown University Foundation, Swain School, and Pennsylvania Stage Company.

This organization has delivered Hope, Help and Healing to so many young people and their families, and my fellow trustees and I are committed to ensuring our dedicated staff continue to have the resources so that KidsPeace will be able to provide services to even more children and families in the future,” Ms. Fallon said.

Ms. Fallon joined the Foundation Board of Trustees in 2021. Along with her role with the Foundation, she also serves as 1st Vice Chair on the KidsPeace National Board of Directors.

Ms. Fallon and her husband live in Baltimore, MD.

The KidsPeace Foundation’s purpose is to strengthen the organization’s connection to donors and potential donors, improve management of donated resources, cultivate and secure major gifts to support various KidsPeace programs in a sustainable manner, and oversee the work of Boards of Associates in their particular support of local offices.
