We are already halfway through the summer, but the fun isn’t over yet! There are still three events remaining in Hopewell Park for the FREE Summer Concert Series. Each event will continue to feature different musical entertainment from amazing local bands. The concerts at Hopewell Park will run from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, with the music kicking off at 6:30pm. The remaining events will feature:
- The Weekenders on July 19th
- One Way Back on July 26th, and
- Craig Thatcher & Nyke Van Wyke on August 16th
When asked about playing at this event again this year, Craig Thatcher stated, “I travel/perform worldwide throughout the year but it’s always a pleasure to be a part of the Upper Saucon Park Summer Concert Series. We love performing for the hometown audience!”
Be sure to bring chairs and blankets and come early to claim your spot on the lawn. We’ve got dinner covered for you with great options from different food and dessert offerings each week! Check out our Facebook page for more information about the event’s food schedule.
Patrick Leonard, Director of General Services for Upper Saucon Township comments, “Our summer concert series has truly shone this year, thanks to the outstanding support from the Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce and the incredible performances from our talented bands! We are excited for the second half of our summer event series and hope to see the community continue to come out and enjoy these free events.”
We want to thank our sponsors of this year’s series for without their support these community events would not be possible! Designing Wealth Management of Raymond James, Center Valley Dental, G&T Autobody, Penn State Lehigh Valley, JT Tsiouvaras Farmers Insurance and of course Upper Saucon Township!
