ALLENTOWN, PA (June 25, 2019) – KidsPeace and Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Allentown are sponsoring an East Side Community Day on Saturday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church at 728 North Irving Street in Allentown.
The family-friendly event is free and open to all, and will feature food, games, a “bounce house,” face painting, and information tables from organizations offering various services to members of the community. The event will be held rain or shine.
KidsPeace’s community programs office is next to the church location, at 801 East Green Street on
Allentown’s East Side. The two organizations say the Community Day is designed to be an outreach event to bring community members in Allentown together.
