Food & Fun at the Carbon County D&L TrailFest!

Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is looking for volunteers for their Carbon County D&L TrailFest on Sunday, June 14th. This is an outdoor festival celebrating the D&L Trail and the communities it brings together! Volunteers are needed to assist with check-in, vendor setup, parking cars, organizing and packing, trash and recycling monitoring. Stay for the food and fun!

Caring Hearts Clothing Closet & More…

Come volunteer at our NEW Caring Hearts Clothing Closet in Walnutport. Currently we are looking for individuals to volunteer on Wednesday evenings 4-7pm, Thursdays 12-4pm, & Fridays 12-4pm. Some responsibilities include checking customers in & out, and sorting and organizing incoming donations of clothing and other small household items. Thank you!

ESL & Adult Education GED Tutors Needed!

Center For Career Pathways and Literacy at Lehigh Carbon Community College at the Donely Center, is looking for volunteers interested in tutoring English as a Second Language (ESL) and to prepare adult students for their Math and Reading GED exams. ESL tutoring includes working with students on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. No experience is required. There are options to work one on one, in small groups, virtually, and in-person. Days and times are flexible based on both the tutor and the student’s schedule. Materials are provided. Pick Things Up & Put Them Down!

Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering, Inc. needs assistance with moving and covering furniture in preparation for ripping up carpets in offices. Volunteers will be lifting heavy objects and climbing stairs. Volunteers should bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing that can get dirty. Water and snacks will be provided. Volunteers should pre-register using the BES volunteer site.

Do You Have an SUV & Want to Make a Difference?

Easton Area Community Center needs assistance with food pickup at Shoprite located at 4701 Freemansburg Ave., Easton, PA every other Friday. This opportunity will require a volunteer driver that has an SUV. Food pickup is at 10:30am with a drop-off to Easton Area Community Center located at 901 Washington St., Easton, PA. Our food services director Derrick Glenn will assist in this process.

Get Crafty at the 48th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival!

The Moravian Historical Society needs help staffing the 48th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival, on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The festival is open from 10:00am-4:00pm. This event is one of the Lehigh Valley’s longest-running outdoor arts and crafts festivals, held annually in Nazareth. Help is needed with set up, clean up, and staffing the event.
