The Easton Public Market which is devoted to the “local food movement” held their grand opening this past weekend. The 16,000 square foot market has 14 vendors committed to offering fresh, innovative food as well as a community room and demonstration kitchen. The Highmark Farmstand is a market within a market which offers locally grown produce and regional specialty foods.
The market is filled with old world charm and a touch of industrial décor that combines with a fresh modern dining experience. There was an enthusiastic response from patrons and local residents.
The Easton Public Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Located at 325 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042
