Get your Soup on at the 14th Annual Souper Bowl and Experience ‘Best Thing You Ever Made’ Soup Demo with Chef Lee Chizmar

Bethlehem, PA, January 3, 2024 – ArtsQuest is excited to announce that in addition to the return of the 14th annual Souper Bowl, Lee Chizmar of Bolete and Mr. Lee’s Noodles, and one of the Lehigh Valley’s most renowned chefs, will host the Best Thing You Ever Made Soup Demo on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 12:45 p.m. at SteelStacks. The demonstration will last approximately 45 minutes, giving plenty of time for Souper Bowl ticketholders to attend both events!

Allentown native Chef Lee Chizmar will demonstrate how he creates Cauliflower soup, which was featured on an episode of Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate.” Don’t miss this opportunity to gain insight from a James Beard Foundation nominee, both for Best Chef and Outstanding Restaurant, in an intimate setting.
