Easton, PA –  Bar Torino and Bottle Shop are slated to open their doors in early 2024 at 56 N 3rd Street. Nestled in the Seville luxury apartments in the heart of downtown Easton, PA, Bar Torino will bring a unique dining experience to a city that has seen a steady influx of visitors year over year since the pandemic, according to the Greater Easton Development Partnership.

Brought to you by seasoned wine veteran and longtime Easton local, Marc Devlin, Bar Torino prides itself on an unassuming, yet dynamic culinary experience. The rotating menu showcases artisanal pizzas, delectable charcuterie, and enticing small plates, inspired by cozy Italian osterias, lively Spanish tapas bars, and charming French bistros. Complementing these dishes is a meticulously curated array of libations, featuring selections from natural wine producers, both revered old-world classics and beloved new-world favorites, alongside specialty cocktails and an assortment of beers.

Adjacent to the culinary hub, discover the 450-square-foot Bottle Shop—a space that not only offers a unique shopping experience six days a week but also doubles as an intimate private dining area. Here, immerse yourself in an extensive collection ranging from unique low-intervention vineyards across the country to a rich spectrum of both cult and classic wine producers. Bar Torino embodies the essence of a wine bar concept, with its focal point being the Pavesi rotating pizza oven—an emblem of artisanal craftsmanship imported from Modena, Italy. Its deliberate selection was driven not only by its unquestionable quality, but also by its low environmental impact. The commitment to sustainability and excellence extends to every aspect of the space, from the elegantly designed EMECO Navy 111 chairs, constructed using 111 recycled Coca-Cola bottles from Hanover, PA, to the choice of lead-free crystal Ravenscroft glasses. Every detail, meticulously chosen by Devlin, contributes to the creation of a unique and thoughtful experience for the patrons.

In partnership with Peron Development, Bar Torino stands as a testament to the continuous dedication to transforming downtown Easton into a thriving and vibrant destination that resonates not only within the local community, but also across the greater Lehigh Valley and beyond. “We welcome Bar Torino to Easton,“ said Easton’s Mayor Panto, Jr. “This project represents the culmination of the Seville project, which in total represents a more than $19 million investment in our downtown.”

About Marc Devlin: With nearly thirty years immersed in the world of wine, spirits, and hospitality, Marc Devlin honed his expertise at the renowned New York establishments, Morrell & Company and Italian Wine Merchants. His journey refined his passion and palate marked by sourcing sought-after wines for private collectors and blind tastings of craft and classic vintners with industry veterans. Two decades ago, Marc left the bustling streets of New York City for downtown Easton, PA, where he founded his own wine and spirits consultancy. His mission: to procure exceptional, highly allocated wines and spirits from across the globe for his discerning clientele. The realization of an eight-year aspiration, Marc set out to introduce the concept of a wine bar to his neighborhood, and in 2024 Bar Torino and Bottle Shop were born.
