CLINTON, N.J., October 2, 2023 – Unity Bank is seeking classic car owners for the 17th Annual Cruisin’ Bob’s Classic Car Show, which will be held at the bank’s Clinton headquarters Sunday, October 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The car show is held at Unity Bank, 64 Old Highway 22, Clinton.
All proceeds from car show sponsorships, car registrations, 50/50 raffle and food sales will benefit Family Promise of Hunterdon County and Family Promise of Warren County.
“The community and Unity employees always look forward to the car show, which is a great opportunity for everyone to support Family Promise’s valuable programs and services,” said Unity Bank President & CEO James A. Hughes. “The 2022 show featured nearly 160 incredible automobiles and a great turnout from the community helped to set a donation record for the event. The participation of classic car owners is key to making the event a success for Family Promise so we encourage those interested to contact the bank.”
The emcee for the event is Doctor D. Entertainment. Admission is free. There will be games, prizes, children’s entertainment and food sales.
Please visit the Unity Bank website for car registration information at www.unitybank.com/carshow.
A $15 donation reserves a space for car owners who pre-register. Pre-registration is open until October 11th. Pre-registration is encouraged as space is limited. A $20 fee will be charged to car owners who prefer to register the day of the show. The car show lot opens at 8:30 a.m. Classic car owners compete for cash prizes, judged by participants, in a wide range of categories.
Family Promise of Hunterdon County and Family Promise of Warren County provide services to both help overcome and prevent homelessness through the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) – a network of congregations and volunteers who provide overnight/weekend shelter, home-cooked meals, and companionship to families who enter the program. Comprehensive case management, licensed counseling services and a donation program are also available.
