Jennifer Kennedy, Associate Broker at NAI Summit, recently represented tenant, Employnet, Inc., in a multi-year lease for 1,283 SF office space located at 65 E Elizabeth Avenue in Bethlehem, PA. This will be a new location for Employnet, Inc., who provides staffing services and employee pay rolling services to companies of all sizes to help them best manage their contingent workforce. Some of their clientele includes Clorox, Pitney Bowes, True Value, Pepsi, Dollar General, Del Monte, and Burt’s Bees’. Headquartered in Monterey, California, Employnet, Inc. has 19 additional office locations throughout the United States and a National Recruiting Center.
