Nearly 45-year-old business moves its headquarters from Sunbury, PA to Lehigh Valley.
LEHIGH VALLEY, PA – Central Credit Audit, LLC is moving their headquarters from Sunbury, PA to the Lehigh Valley. Their new office is the fourth floor of the Trifecta Building in downtown Allentown. To celebrate, Central Credit Audit is hosting an invite-only open house to kick off their new chapter in Allentown on Thursday, August 12, 2021, featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce at 5:30pm.
Central Credit Audit is a technology-first debt collections agency. They believe in teaching their resolution specialists an empathetic way to collect. They want their clients to know they are focused on recoveries, and their clients’ customers to come back and do business with them again in the future. They have made many investments not only in their people and quality trainings, but also in technology. They recently updated their letter strategies, implemented an IVR and new payment portal, and are in talks with an artificial intelligence and machine learning company to aid their resolution specialists in the future.
In 1978, Central Credit Audit (CCA) began as a company specializing in the collections of delinquent health care bills. Today, Central Credit Audit offers services to clients across all industries. They specialize in healthcare, logistics, financial services, manufacturing, and utility collections. They have outgrown their current location and have elected Allentown, PA as their new permanent home. They look forward to moving in and getting to know the community.
Chief Operating Officer Katie Keich said, “It was important to find a location that would align with our goals of scale and growth. Allentown has been transforming and we wanted to be a part of that growth.” Central Credit Audit announced the hiring of Katie Keich this past September 2020. During the pandemic, Central Credit Audit also added seven new resolution specialists, who are excited to work out of the newly leased office space. Additionally, they have multiple other new roles that they will be filling in the coming months. Fifteen employees will work out of the new space beginning this August. “Being born and raise in the Lehigh Valley, it’s a privilege to more bring job opportunity,” said Keich.
