PCFLV to host a socially-distanced Holiday drive-through event on Saturday, Dec. 12, for local pediatric cancer families.
ALLENTOWN, PA , DECEMBER 08, 2020 – The Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV) is hosting a drive-through Holiday event on Dec. 12th from 12-4 p.m. for local pediatric cancer families. This is a private event exclusively for PCFLV families.
The event will be held in the parking lot of the 2132 S. 12th Street, Allentown, building. Families who pre-registered to participate will visit — from their car — with Santa and other characters and princesses, be treated to hot chocolate and cookies, and then receive gifts from PCFLV.
“We have had to change our Holiday event this year,” explained PCFLV Executive Director Michelle Zenie, “due to the pandemic. Our goal of providing a bit of fun, while still maintaining social distance, is critical. With this drive-through event, we will allow our families to remain in their vehicles but still get showered with Holiday spirit.”
