NAI Summit is excited to announce a new addition to our seasoned Property Management team with our new Property Manager, Matthew McDonald. Matt brings with him over 6 years of knowledge and experience in the industry.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and was selected to be part of Walt Disney Worlds’ 8-month college program located in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining NAI Summit, Matthew held the position of Vice President at Weichert Commercial Brokerage located in Morris Plains, NJ since 2014. In this role, Matthew focused on project management, strategy development, and providing extraordinary client services. Matthew is passionate about the Real Estate industry and offers excellent interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and customer service.

Matthew will be responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of properties and will have direct oversight of the budgeting process, tenant improvements, and service contract negotiations. Additionally, his responsibilities include the daily facility operations, maintenance oversight and vendor relationships.

Matthew is a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the past ten years. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and fishing.
